Atlanta: None reported.

Chicago: Star SF Shameka Christon had successful surgery on 7/9 to correct an orbital fracture suffered on 6/11 (had not played since then).  She will miss at least four weeks of action.  Reserve SF Shay Murphy has signed with the team (7/22), possibly as a replacement in the rotation.

Connecticut: Starting G Anete Jekabsone-Zogota left the New York game (6/27) with a bone bruise in her right knee after playing a little over five minutes.  She missed the Tulsa (6/29) and Chicago (7/1) games and could miss up to four weeks of action after having arthroscopic surgery performed (7/8). 

Indiana: Reserve G Shavonte Zellous has missed three games with left ankle tendinitis and is day-to-day.

Los Angeles:  Superstar F/C Candace Parker (dislocated left shoulder) is out for the rest of the season.  Reserve G Betty Lennox will miss 4-6 weeks to repair a torn meniscus (reported 6/24).  Surgery took place on 6/28.

Minnesota: Star G Candice Wiggins has ruptured her Achilles (6/22 @ NY) and will miss the rest of the season.

New York: None reported.

Phoenix: None reported.

San Antonio: None reported.

Seattle: None reported.

Tulsa: None reported.

Washington: Rookie F Jacinta Monroe will miss 6-8 weeks with a broken left hand (her dominant hand; reported 6/21).  Superstar SG Alana Beard will miss the entire season after undergoing arthroscopic tendon-repair surgery on her left ankle.
